I'm in my mid-30's and am married in an open relationship. The wife and I fell in love and married young, but are both very open and non-jealous people so decided some time ago to go the open marriage route to fully enjoy all that life has to offer. I love the arrangement as I feel a large aspect of my masculinity that was dormant is back to life... certainly it is not for everyone, but it works well for us.

Oddly, since shifting to an open marriage my urge to have sex other women has gone down a bit - perhaps the fact that it's no longer the forbidden fruit? Regardless, what I am enjoying more than "conquests" is the game itself; picking up women, engaging with them, moving through the steps... stuff I used to rush through as a younger man but am slowing down with now.

I joined this forum in order to learn as much as possible from other guys that are interested in improving everything about themselves and their lives. Some people knock pick-up, but to me it is about human dynamics and learning to be a better person. I hope to leverage the collective knowledge and ideas on this board, and contribute as much as possible.
