Hey guys, great forum, I've been coming on here for a long time and reading posts and things.

Where do I start, I'm 26 and up until recently, I had a few girls I was seeing for quite along time, but this year went crazy and down hill big time, I lost my mother, my family is kinda broken apart right now and I've lost all my girls, these girls were not though game or pick up in that sense, there where people from school days etc and old jobs and stuff.

Now I want to change my life, I want to get back a point where I had good friends and have women around to chill and have good sex with

I kinda understand the game, I've read the game (like every other puas) I've read and understood the mystery method, I've got beyond the digits, attraction formula and day game by Paul Janka, I pretty much understand the the stuff that they all talk about, but my problem is my confidence, I know most of the stuff but I'll admit, I've not got the balls to go and talk to women, how can I overcome this and try get somewhere with the game?

Also I'm not great looking and quite short 5ft9 I'm currently on a weight loss and training program just try get abit more attractive, I'm working on my voice tone and body language, but it's just the confidence thing!

Im good at interacting with girls after I know them, I just can't approach them at all. I've slept with 40 woman, most where people I met online or remember the old O2 txt chat back in the day? Yeah I was pretty good at that and got most lays from that to be fair.

Sounds a lot like me - in the sense that I've also scored pretty good on-line, but lack the "real life skills" needed to get laid with girls from bars and pubs.

Personally I think that its basically a matter of analyzing the things you do on-line, find out why it works (which buttons are you pushing when girls read your e-mails) and find a "verbal equivalence" to apply IRL. Like I said, I'm still working on that so I have no real answer. The only thing I've found out is that girls like smiley faces, so I use them a lot. I guess it makes me come off as a likeable and happy person, or something.

I did discover that the difference between having a fit and well toned body, and a bit of extra flab, was like night and day for me. I went from having had three women in my entire life to scoring with close to 15 girls in six months without having much game at all. Basically all I had was a "can do" attitude and a broadband connection. These girls were mostly average looking, some MILFs, but still. You gotta start somewhere, right?

If you keep on working on your game and your physique, and learn how to apply your on-line skills IRL I'm sure you' ll do great!

It's good to know that I'm not the only one who's not or as been 100% in real life game at some point.

What's your hit rate, are you direct or indirect?

I'm not really sure what type to go with, I kinda like the Paul Janka stuff because it's kinda both, but mainly day game, which interests me also.
