alcohol is your own preference. it depends how you handle it. i know that it definately helps with Approach Anxiety, however you're almost garanteed to screw up your routine sooner or later, which is fine, if you just looking for fun... just make sure you keep the alco under control.. i have some really bad stories that i do not want to mention that was caused by alco.

i used a similar type of thing to help me concentrate when i was just hecticly over worked for my finals @ high school. from the comments i'm sure it'll work. it might seem a bit weird but just give it a try.
