Hi,

I am in Manchester (UK) and have been reading the game with my best friend. This whole community is extremely exciting to us but at the same time, I'm sure all of you reading this will know, it's not easy when you are a beginner.

I have no problems approaching people and trying to initiate a conversation, although I always worry about how to transit from an opener into a "real" conversation. All I can think is that I will open up as usual, then run out of small-talk and stand there like a usless inanimate fuck. This is the reason I bought the game, and Im also reading a book on body language now.

The longer I think about this shit the more unreachable it seems.

Is there anyone in the Manchester area who wouldn't mind meeting up one night and giving us a demo? Just like Mystery did at his first ever workshop with Style.

im a new as well but im in liverpool. we should converse about our situations here in the UK cuz its a totally different situation. im from canada goin to school here and it seems like the girls on student nights are more party animals than the guys. ive moved more to the pub scene where its much easier to make contact. i suggest trying out some routines there. i usually start with like "im looking for ... blah blah blah.. " and then build it from there.

yeah, the srudent girls tend to be more party animals sometimes. you just gotta know where to go.
i kinda like day pickups and pickups in low noise enviroments such as pubs or chilled out bars.
