My biggest concern is that i am very shy. Hope to overcome this and recover some of the lost time with wemen.

You got a case of fear bro. Fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of being seen as less than you are..

Tell me, what if I told you that this fear is a self fulfilling prophecy?

That to a woman your shyness and fear, is failure.. Failure to perform your duty as a man.

Women will have no respect for you, until you overcome this.

A good way to start overcoming this is to start telling every attractive woman you see that you think she's attractive and you'd like to have coffee with her.

Then watch her melt in your presence or after you make your exit because she was shy and lacked the guts to accept your offer..

You have the power, you just need to assert it. And stop expecting her to do it for you.
