| Hey, i got a tip about "The Game" from a buddy of mine, and started reading it and was astonished of why I hadn't thought of looked at picking up girls as a game / learning experience before.
So after reading only half the book, I already have my first #close, although a bit of an accidental approach: Went to a club, stood at the entrance and talked a bit an saw a girl walk in and thought i recognized her (sister of a guy i knew). She didn't wave back. DOH! Walked upstairs (2 level club) and suddenly she came up the stairs as i was going down again. Did not mean to pick up anybody at that point, since my mind wasn't set on it, but i asked her if she was the one i thought... turned out i was wrong but got some IOI's (ask my name, kept holding my hand after introduction).
After a few minutes i got a bit nervous because the her gf was looking impatient at her. So I ended the conversation with something like "I see your gf doesn't like me much...". Well didn't see her again, but was happy with my approach question and thought it might come in handy again...
But i got lucky and met her by accident in another club the weekend after. I saw her and she saw me, and she recognized me. So i walked past her, talked a bit to a friend, and thought of trying to get her #. Walked up, got a smiley happy face and talked for 5-10 minutes.
Remembered the part in The game where you are supposed to ask how I could get in contact with her again, where she would then ask for my number. that backfired and she gave me her number. I even laughed it off by saying i would be scared to call and wanted her to take my number instead.
But anyways... got her # and have texted her a few times, and gotten of to a good start. Will prolly meet her after my/her holiday...
Noticing that I am thinking a bit to much about her, so I have already planned to go sarging with my buddy this friday to get more practice.
