I am Delecto. Like many of you, I discovered the seduction community by recently reading Neil Strausses book "The Game." My transformation from an AFC to PUA however began a few years back.

I was spending a year of study abroad in Bologna, Italy, a very vibrant international university city where students spend most of their time in clubs and bars rather than in class. This afforded me a great opportunity to meet and approach many HBs. To my very dismay however, I discovered an overwhelmingly competetive environment. Not only are Italian men natural born Alphas but Italian women are sharp social beings that have been hit on by Casanova wannabees from a very early age. (Drinking age there is 18 and it's rarely enforced so kids wind up in bars in their early teens!)

These obstacles, along with the language barrier, made hooking up in the early months at Bologna easier said than done. Struggle and frustration however became a source of encouragement and change; after building a little social circle and constantly sarging the night scene with my new Italian wings not only did I learn what it was that they were doing correctly, but I began to develop my own style after noticing recurring patterns. What it really boiled down to is what many of the mPUAs profess in their teachings: learning to be a man and not excusing yourself for what you really are, a natural sexual being.

After spending numerous hours in Italian clubs ive developed an effective method that takes advantage of a woman's desire to be thrown around the dance floor. However, I still consider myself a student of the art, as there is so much still to learn and try in the field. My sticking point seems to be not establishing enough comfort before making that kiss and number close, as I tend to get too many flakey awkward girls responding my phone calls. Also, I need some work on my day game: I tend to abandond sets instead of plowing through them if I envision the conversation going flat or i believe that the set is becoming less interested. Any suggestions or advice regarding these issues would be appreciated.
