So this is my story. I'm about to move in a month, to a new apartment. I'm cleaning out the closet, and stumble on "the game". I start to read and realize that I need to change. Actually, I've realized this for a while, but the book just showed me a way to go about it. I've had girlfriends, and I can talk to girls no problem. My sticking point is approaching girls that I dont know. So I get stuck talking with girls I already know, my friends girlfriends, etc, basically people I do not intend to hook up with.

I started reading the game this week, and took a few notes. This Thursday I approached and talked to a 2 set and a 1 set, with the help of my wing. It wasn't so bad, except I was throwing negs off my wing, instead of the girls. I'm going back out tonight, and my goal is to approach at least 4 sets, try some negging and kino.

Any suggestions on easy openers (other than ones already in the forum) would be much appreciated.

Well it was an interesting night, with mixed results. I dont know why but I felt my confidence level was really high, and had no problem talking to and approaching a few girls. I tryed throwing a few negs out, but I didn't go with any pre-packaged material, I was just pretty much myself and had some good report with a HB7 and her HB4 friend. I used the HB4 to open the group, and moved on to the HB7. I cant really remember what I was saying to her, but I was kinoing her repeatedly, and getting comfortable. I know where I made the mistake, was not isolating her - taking her to dance or sitting etc.

The Bonus:
I found a blackberry on the ground at the club. Instead of turning it in, I kept it and looked up the girl on facebook. I arranged a meet this morning. Before giving her the phone I made her promise me that she would never lose her phone again in a club, and 2) she should give me a kiss, and I pointed to my cheek. I got the kiss, and some smiles. I know its not much, but just the fact that I asked her for the kiss is an improvement in confidence for me.

My sticking points: Name remembering, and isolating.
