So, before i started readin up on the methods of pick up, I did not do so well. However, i was somewhat able to at least aproach attractive woman. I still had a sticking point at aproaching becaseu i usually blew it, but i was confident enough. Now the last two tiems i have gone out, i have lost all confidence. As soon as i see a woman i want to aproach, all the methods start flying through my head, and i jsut loose it. new found... loss in confidence!

Im positive once i get over this that what ive learned will help me pcik up, but at this point it has just set me back. any help???

i was thinking of just going out, and forgetting all methods. Playing a game with my buddy of who can be the biggest douche and get blow out the most.

That game you are talking about, its actually am exersice to help rid of AA. I dont really know who is credited for it, ubt i read it somewere along the way on this forum. Or atleast that what I think you were talking about.

The exersice is sopposed to be about going up to girls and trying to get rejected. That way after getting rejected a bunch of times, it looses its scariness since there are only so many ways a girl can reject you. After you hear the same rejection lines a bunch of times, you dont really feel bad if you hear them again. I think thats what you were refering to. If not, then you might wanna try that exersice, or any other AA exercise to help you out.
