Whats up all. well obviously you all know why i'm here. Been lurking a bit, halfway through both The Game and Mystery Method. Love them both and they really make alot of sense to me. I think i can be good at this. I tend to learn things well intellectually. Putting stuff into practice is another matter.
Is there anyone located Maine on this site? It's hard to put things i'v read directly from a book into play. Would love to hook up with someone.
I still havn't opened a girl during day game but I opened a HB 9 at a bar friday night and had success for awhile. got her to bounce to another bar but there were so many other guy's there in competition i got a bit intimidated and went for her number pretty poorly. oh well. The alcohol pretty much made me get over my AA but in normal situations it is pretty bad in me. wich is odd since i am decent looking and see attractive girls check me out quite often. Just get so nervous i never do anything.
Anyway i am trying to learn the game as a whole. I'm still not sure what i should be aiming for after i get the balls to open. I am still in attraction 1 right? what is the next thing i should be trying to do? One other question. My arms hands. alway's feal so figity. should i just keep them at my sides? They alway's wanna move but i know that shows nervousness.

You don't have to be active with your hands to express excitement to your target. Think about what Mystery writes. Vocal tonalities and facial expressions are key. Also, just be confident and believe that you are the life of the party. Sounds cliche, but if you think you are hot shit others will too.
An example I have for you happened with me Saturday night. This pertains to your problem with other guys hitting on your target. I was getting a drink at the bar in a club when i noticed a HB9. I quickly followed the 3 second rule and opened the set. I was amazed to find out that the target was conversing with a woman whom she barely knew...and preferred to be alone with me instead. I found out that she was with her roommate, roommate's boyfriend, and her ex-boyfriend.
At that moment, the ex walked up to us. I quickly made my frame the dominate frame of the set, leading the ex, and becoming the main focus in the set. I shifted my focus to him, and slowly used shotgun negs to further express my frame over his.
At the end of the night, not only did I get a number from her, but I succeeded in establishing myself in her group and was the center of the set for a good time.
Do not let other men phase your game. Simply treat them as you would another girl in the set whom you have no vested interest in. If you own their attention, not only are you the dominate person in the group, but you maintain the interest of the HB that you are macking on.
