Hi All,

I have been away from this for a while now. I was working on my inner game. I dropped my gf of almost 4years in 2015 to collect myself since I didn't like what I had become.
Good news is I am back now but not sure where to start. I changed up my life style gave up smoking cigs, and drinking alcohol. I go to the gym 6days a week I am well on to building an attractive lifestyle.
Now I am almost 32 and single with not many interaction with single women. This is partly due to the locale I am in (Rochester, NY).

I am looking to see if anyone like minded can guide me through this to secure a regular lay and possibly more. Another winter without some body to body is going to be brutal. I leave home at 830 am and come back at 9pm (after the gym) to home. I have built some rapport with the guys at the gym, but I haven't approached any women.

My question is, where do I start in order to create a fulfilling lifestyle?
