I am new to these sites and was wondering how do I navigate my way around these site. I am also looking for people to go sarging with at some point in the near future.

Have a read around the Newbie section
I also recommend watching the videos of Coach Corey Wayne on Youtube, and reading his book "3% Man". There is a lot of material out there so browse around and see what feels comfortable for you and works with your personality style.

If you are an introvert check out Chief's material, he is an admin here.
