here's a trick to help you approach girls that make you nervous... "Imagine she has or does something you dislike..." for example, imagine she has warts on her stomach. It should gross you out enough to lower her perceived value enough that you can just approach her with total confidence. The more you approach the easier it gets.

I'm no expert but here is a video where I approach a Swiss girl and without much game I still manage to have a decent enough conversation. Turns out this girl was on a Swiss talent show or something :)
