I've been watching the forum for a little while now and I am now deciding to get more involved. I've known about the game and read the book a few years ago and I am a bit familiar with techniques.
I'm 21 now and living in London, only now getting really interested in serious pick up. I always thought I would be fine with talking to girls I fancied and trying to pick them up. A few weeks ago though I was in a room with this girl who just stunned me, I realised I was holding my breath and hardly saying anything, so I quickly left. I've realised now that over the last couple of years I haven't got in the necessary experience and I'm no longer in shape like I used to be. So I want to start improving myself and developing again.
