Hello! I'm 30 y.o. and i ended a relationship that lasted for a good 4 years. I'm now looking to get in to the game but i have no idea where to start.
Any help on the matter would help a lot. I would prefer tips or advise on day game; i'm not much of a club guy.
My tip for Daygame would be make sure that your appearance is really up too scratch. I've met a few dudes over the last few years who are either in or going into their thirties who have just come out of long term relationships and even marriages. The thing that I've noticed usually is that they have no sense of style and they seem too treat themselves like shit.
Just make sure you see this a real fresh start. That means chucking everything out that has anything to do with your last relationship. Get some new clothes and make sure your haircut and everything else is groomed properly. Make sure you try too calibrate in all of your approaches and don't go freaking girls out by coming off all needy. Your ex is behind you now, most younger girls are not going to give a fuck how you feel about it either.
If you've been working for the last 10 years or so then there's a good chance you're pretty stable and "have your shit together". Hopefully you don't have kids. Girls love guys who are mature and centered, so make sure that you play this card as much as possible. Most of all, no sob stories, what's gone has gone, just start taking the necessary action that you need for yourself to take your life in the direction that you want too from now, in twelve months time you will be looking back and laughing.
Don't diss the clubs either.

Thanks for the advise

I'm definitely over my past relationship, i'm actually glad it's over.
As far as my style, i use and prefer a classic/gentleman type of thing, though i guess i should add some more color since most of my clothes are dark.
I am usually calm and thoughtful in my way, so i guess i could call this maturity

. I do however have strong anxiety about talking to younger women for some reason. Guess it's lack of practice. Therefore, i decided to do the newbie challenge tomorrow or this weekend and also take to heart the advise i received in PM
I'm not dissing clubs

i just really don't like most of them so i don't feel good in them. Maybe if i'll find people that really like clubs i might go with them.
