I apparently cannot catch a hint on how to talk to women. I'm either scared or too shy. I thought college would make it easier.

I do not have an issue talking to a group of people, but I get self-conscious.

Focus on the fact you are good looking and that catching hints with women, is learned, from actually being around them. Also, that self consciousness goes away with actually being around women.

As far as that last part though... guess who is in control of that? You. Give me your location - I will find 3 different things for you to do 3 days during the week, the other 2 days you should go to the gym or study or some self improvement something. On the weekends, I'll find something else. This is what my schedule looks like, I'm single just like you and don't have that many good friends I can hang with whenever. Most of them are married/have families.
