I've logged on to this site a few times to read some posts and get inspirations, as well as post 1 or 2 topics, but I've never quite introduced myself.
You can call me white fedora (or just fedora), i know it's a cheesy ass name but i own a white fedora and i wear it frequently (no i do not have a neck beard) so i thought it fit. I'm currently 20 years old, in college for software engineering. When i'm not in school i'm developing an app for commercial use and i'm improving on my much needed social skills. I plan to start a software development firm and use the revenue from that to invest in charitable causes. So Bill Gates is probably the man i most idolize.
I'm bad with women. Typical sobby story, i was bullied relentlessly into depression and suicidal thoughts in highschool yadda yadda yadda, AFC, you name it. I am in serious need of improving social skills, especially women skills.
Now I've been getting better, i'm getting pretty good with number closes but i can never seem to get it past that point, i guess that would be my "sticking point". I've been excessively reading psychology related books like: The Game (everyone's favorite), The power of habit, How to win friends and influence people(probably my favorite so far). Most of these books have dramatically helped me in general social interactions but i need much more in advice to remedy years of social anxiety.
I've been going out weekly to a lounge to practice my skills. So far I've been good with openers meeting all kinds of people and women. Keeping a conversation going is becoming easier to do
.
One thing i should note is that i'm a very moral person. Some things some people on this site preach and do i don't entirely agree with. I'm with the notion that if either the man or the woman aren't happy than something went wrong. I don't want any woman waking up feeling awful, it's just not right in my eyes.
Gentlemen you are far above my level of seductive awesomeness. I appreciate any kind of criticism. If i'm doing something wrong
tear my ass apart (pun intended). I am looking to improve in every way. If there is anything i can do for you guys let me know, i'm all for joining in on this community and giving back.
