SirPounce welcome, a quick tip, to get good wing try looking for someone with photography background. They can help record you and post body language advice that you didn't even know would be of use.

That's a great tip, thank you for that. At this point though it looks like I'd be lucky to find anyone none the less a photographer as wing.
