Hey everyone, I'm a new guy from D.C. Little bit of background, I'm 22 years old and graduated college May 2014. I had severe social anxiety up until the end of college and made huge strides in becoming more social and dealing with people. The anxiety still hits me when I want to approach women so I hope with the help of this forum I can put in work, get past the shitty thoughts and be the best version of myself.
