Hello guys new here just wanted to say Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me. I met this girl on facebook. She posted a meetup to eat. i said i was down to go. I went and it was just her. then some other guy comes along, and i said is it cool that im here? she said yeah its only her buddy. After meeting her, she facebook me saying thanks for comming. i responded the next day. i said we should get together again and that i liked her. (i know i should not have said i liked her) anyway this is what happened:

(ME) Hi, food trucks was great. I would like to get to know you better you want to get something to eat sometime?

(HER) I really dont have time aside from when i go to the food trucks or the weekends. This weekend I'm outta town too. I'm sorry. I dont really go out. I'm focused on working out right now. Im lifting. Trying to get muscle definition by hitting the gym every day.

(ME) I get it. My schedule is crazy too, I just figured I'd let you know my intentions lol... no worries though. I only have a night or two a week that im free, but yeah, you seem like a pretty cool girl. I can try and make some time one of these weekends... send me a text when you figure something out. (my phone number)

any advice on what i should do?? did she leave a small crack in the door for me to get through? or shut me out? Thank you

Well what happened? My guess is you bowed out like a good little boy. The situation where another guys shows up is actually an opportunity for you to outgame the other guy and for her to fall for you.

State your true intent don't beat around the bush. "I want to know you better because we will both fall in like."
Here she solidly rejects you. So what do you do? You reward her for that by giving her compliments and then giving her your phone number. Your phone number is your's which should mean its almost sacred (ie any girl is lucky to get it.) Here she gives you shit and you show her that you will give her gold for that shit.

Don't be offended by my comments, their only intent is to man you up and make you a stronger man. Getting different girls isn't going to fix the problem, but it's also something you need to do. Any questions let me know, but if you don't respect yourself she won't!

Don't meet girls on the internet, meet them in clubs and on the street.

And no you shouldn't have waited that long to say you liked her. Don't hide your intentions to a woman, as doing so for a long period is not gentlemanly nor honourable. Its deceptive and manipulative - even if she was alone, there's nothing wrong with meeting her and saying "Hi. Very nice to meet you. You know you're actually very attractive in person"... for example. You cannot avoid rejection, and if anyone tells you that you can, stop talking to them.

Keep at it bro. These women are going to test you time and time again. You will lose a ton, but if you keep it up you will get stronger and stronger. There's no re-starting your game just keep at it.

Go through more situations like you were with that guy and that girl, but hang in there. Keep putting yourself into those awkward situations. I know it hurts man, but you will get better each time and when you do it's all worth it. Find some guys who are good, some that will give you advise and won't sugar coat shit.

There's no trick to it. Just get the confidence to be bold tell a girl you think she's hot. It takes practice but the difference is that its a thousand times cheaper (literally) and it means you can be you without stupid PUA gimmicks. Start with 'Mode One'.

yeh I would agree with this. Straightforward and honesty is good. You are being a man. It's obviously alot more complicated then just this, but this attitude comes from an attractive man.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I realize what some of you are saying. And need to practice. As for this girl, well thats the last thing i said and will be said unless she contacts me first. Though it is unlikely, im still very thankful to the recent commenters. Thanks. One thing, on sept 19 is a thing called subiefest i am a car guy and so is she. she will be there at the show, showing off her car... (i drive an Evo x, she drives an STi) rival cars at that. I know i will spot her quickly. She knows im going because i told her i was when i first met her... its going to be weird after the last thing i said in that comment, and then seeing her. Im not sure what to do if i saw her? At the same time im going to practice in that "field" as it is when im there with other chicks i meet... what do you guys think?

Go along. Say hi if you see her, then talk to other girls. Throw aside all PUA crap though and learn about 'Mode One' instead. I'd highly recommend it BUT I will say, PUA and Mode One don't get on very well as our philosophies clash. As you can see, my opinion on it isn't exactly showing an endorsement.

I didn't advise saying hi as a technique to help 'get her back' - its the same reason I might say hi to someone who'd rejected me. I say hello and that's it, get on with your day. Don't even bother trying to convince her to like you. Just do your own thing, as it seems to me you're reaching out for advice to try and 'win' her. You can't, just meet other women.
