Posts: 8 | Hey guys, I'm fairly new to game and pickup in general, in order to stay relatively anon on here (for now at least) I won't be saying my real name, so Foqus will have to do I'm 18 (19 in a couple weeks  ) and from a city called Hull in England. So I guess I'll start with a bit of background.
My pickup journey started, on the most basic level, with me wanting to improve myself as a person. In more depth, it's based on my social anxiety, a problem that has been with me for as long as I can remember but I won't go into this in too much detail in this post.
I first looked into pickup around a year ago now, after my social anxiety had hit it's worst and I decided to make a concious effort to stop being a 'little bitch'. It started with looking into self development articles, videos about confidence and conversation, social skills, making friends and taking care of yourself. Thats when I found SimplePickup (a group of 3 guys that make youtube videos about pickup with a comedic outlook). From there I found Willy Beck, Nick Sparks also and took thier advice on pickup applying it to normal situations in order to get around my social struggle.
The reson game interests me so much is my facination with socialising since learning tricks and techniques about confidence, solid eye contact, holding a convosation and all these other things that factor into pickup and seeing them work for me in improving myself as a person.
So that's me, my aim right now is to learn and improve and see where really learning game (applying it to getting girls) can take me next.
