Im 43, masters degree, own my own townhouse, 2 cars, decent looking guy, I think...
My issues are that I never noticed if/when a woman is interested in me.. I have a bad time picking up the signs for that when Im interested too... If Im not interested, I can tell very easily.. but that does me no good!

Also, Im not good at escalating.. my plan this week is to give a girl a kiss right away.. based on the 3 second rule.. which is, if you think about it for more than 3 seconds, then you missed your chance!

Build attraction instead of waiting for it, what do you have to lose?

If she is smiling and talking back to you just assume attraction and make the next step accordingly, arrange a date, get number, kiss on the date, logistics = sexy time

Il give it to you straight, The fact that you are listing matierial objects as if it's part of your resume, points to a possibility that your mind set is hindered by the belief that such logistics attract women. If this is te case, Those material things will hurt your game if you bring them up to women. They will sense that you are trying to impress them, which will dry up a pussy like nothing else. Attraction is emotional and not a choice, logistics such as money are not a factor.

Not how I read it. Sounds like he's trying to say that he has his life together...which is an attractive quality. That being said...PEBBLE nailed it. If you are attractive and charming, you are not going to have any problems.
