Hello everyone. Someone used the phrase "Pick-Up-Artist" while talking to me about a guy I was dealing with not too long ago and this peeked my interest into getting to know more about how these people or how it works. I am not here to bash or judge anyone but to simply get a better understanding of it all.

in short here are the cliff notes - guys suck at picking up women (we can all agree to that) and most of them are really, really good at being creepy. the pick up artist community is for them to better themselves into being more of a man and along with that they are helping women by not be creeped out all the time.


some guys learn to be more confident
some guys learn to be less of dicks
some guys learn to be more ambitious
some guys learn how to treat women properly
others get rewarded with NYT best sellers and 2 seasons on VH1

but there is always a bad apple in every bunch
some guys learn misogynistic techniques
some guys use it to "get back at women"
some guys turn out to be heart-breakers
but there are few and far between

but just know most guys want a relationship (surveys say 80%)

this is self-help that turns out to be a gateway drug into all other areas in life such as finances, friends health, and career
