Hey guys, great to be on here, Im late 20s and have had some beautiful girlfriends-done fitness modelling and not too bad looking-- but have been single for a year now (high standards and failing to engage with the ones i really want)and in all honesty- don't really know how to approach girls these days..i see so many hot girls that are 'my type'- we lock eyes all night and i just cant get myself to go over and talk- fear of failure i guess..so in all honesty- i want to become great at drawing girls in and be super confident in and around them. one of my businesses is fitness and i have a fleet of members of which i have no problems leading large groups, chatting and interacting with- but soon as i get to the bar/club i seem to talk myself out of doing anything...looking forward to learning from you guys and am prepared to do anything you recommend i need to do...teach me please guys!

i would go up with a glass and just say "cheers" and clink their glass and walk away, if they are friendly you know to open them again - they will be in the the club for a while so you can go back to them after a while - just do a few "warm up" sets before you start to get serious

its kinda like stretching before a workout

Here is a basic framework:

Approach/open(light kino optional) - have her invest/qualify herself to you (light kino) - build comfort/rapport (mid kino) - Close (number, instant date)

Then go on here and look over advice on texting and pick what you find the most fun to test out. Employ your texting game (or phone conversation game if you want to do that) and set up the date ASAP

Look for advice on dates (pick the thing you like best)

Look for advice on how to get a kiss

Look for advice on how to get a woman isolated in a place you can have sex.

Look for advice on how to prevent and overcome LMR

Look for advice on how to manage having an abundance of women in your life/managing a one woman relationship.

A more advanced but still basic framework

I suggest after you develop your own personal system (which can include nlp/hypnosis if you want) that you practice practice practice, then look for better skills to fill each section.
