Hello,

-I'm 37 years old.
-I've had (without thinking too hard) about 7 sex partners in my life. Out of those 7 or so I've only had 1 good one.
-I've been single now for at least 2 years.
-I've been reading some great self-improvement books which have helped me to make some positive changes in my life.
-I just wrote an exam that makes me a certified computer tech. It's a start at changing my life but I don't have a job in this field yet, and even when I find one the salary might not be any better than what I'm earning now.
-I'm earning $13 per hour doing a labourer job right now.
-My rent sucks up all my cash.
-I don't really have any friends either. I have a potential friend but we get on each other's nerves due to political disagreements.
-I'm overweight.
-I don't work out. (Can't afford a gym membership)
-I am in the process of changing my diet though. I have a great book which has great tasting recipes that I enjoy.

Bottom Line: I'm sick and tired of not getting "any." I get ignored on dating sites and it's rare to find a woman who expresses interest in me out in public. When they do I usually am too scared to talk to them.

I didn't get to F*** around as a young adult and now I really want that before I settle down. Not that I am having any success at either goal.

Where to begin? Help!

One step at a time. Congratulations on making progress towards all of the other goals and areas of life, this is just one of them.

As far as the pickup-related area of life, it all boils down to having a positive outlook on things.

Begin to rewrite the story that you have of yourself. Begin to sell yourself on yourself. Begin to compliment yourself for all the progress. Begin to imagine yourself having the exact life you want, with the respect you want and deserve the variety of women that you want and deserve. It all starts there.

When you feel good about the future and feel great about what's to come, that vibe will just spring out of you and all people will take notice. When that happens, it's a GREAT time to begin making offhand comments to women about random stuff to gauge their reaction. Good reaction = time to plow through the interaction and get better with time.

One step at a time.

Wow, thanks for the encouragement! I really appreciate that! That's some absolutely fantastic advice!

I've been waiting a long time to be "ready" for the life I want to live. But how much longer should I wait? I'm lonely! I want some "action." I feel it's time for me to start living the life I want now, rather than waiting longer. I can't see any advantage to waiting longer. It's time, it's time!

Actually, I felt like the bomb this afternoon and while I didn't make any offhand comments to women I don't know, the interactions I had with women were fantastic. I've been watching some of those binaural beat / attraction videos on Youtube and I think that is helping a whole lot too.

Thank-you! Thank-you!

Just stick to it dude.

I used to be very over weight and I know it's a challenge but totally worth it.

As for working out, no gym membership doesn't matter. In all honesty if you haven't been working out lately, it's better to start at home. It's hard to do legs but while you are still in the "losing weight period" you just want to get your body fit. So start a regimen of various push ups, sit ups, squats (even with no weights squats are great for you), jogging, dips. Just anything and everything. Lots of people like to poo poo on this stuff but it will do you good.

My advice would be -try to get out of your comfort zone more often. Both professionally and in personal life.

Be persistent about finding a job you like to do according to your skills and competencies.

And in the meanwhile approach as many girls you can.

Don't look down at yourself look at the positive side and experiences you had.

Don't let the future to be extension from your past but rather determine yourself to create a new better future for you.

As for the gym - you really don't need money to start working out. Motivation is all you need. Start at home, or start jogging, or start a diet.

Or look for exercises like those - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4RugKqPQmYc

I've been thinking the exact same thing! There are these bikini babe exercise vids on Youtube that show different exercises you can do without weights / equipment / etc.. I'm going to start a regimen, you bet! Great advice!

I love the replies I'm getting here. These kind of replies confirm to me that PUA is the real deal and not something negative as many of the losers like to claim. You guys are all about being the best men you can be, and that is encouraging to me!

I can't post a link (it won't let me) but I was thinking of videos like this one: "15 Minute Intense Sexy Bikini ABS WORKOUT!! TRY IT!!" (Youtube)
