Hi, I am from Cape Town South Africa. Recently caught my girlfriend of 9 years in my bed with another guy. Needless to say that after such a long time I have no clue how to approach woman or get laid anymore. I need serious help. Ive been with he same woman since I was 21 and I am now almost 31. Hopefully you guys can get me back in the game.
