hey, found the game in my brothers room so decided to read it, it got me really interetsed to become a PUA however i found it was more of an account of neil strausses time rather than actually teachings so now im ready to take it further, so what would you guys recommend reading/watching to teach me? thanks in advance!

Approach girls. Go out and approach girls.

Type in pua in youtube, watch a few videos of guys picking up girls, go out and try it yourself. Try a few different methods.

You already know enough to start approaching. Don't "go for the gold", just start opening strangers. The more the better.

I have been in the game for 5 years, I have pretty much transcended into natural game and only back here to make some posts for writing eBooks but I have decided to help you since your at the top of the threads today. Here is 5 tips in order of importance and effectiveness...

1) Meet Other Wingmen In Your Area - This one was huge for me, there is a meetup and wing section on this forum, post a thread there and arrange to meetup with as many guys as you can. Don't be disheartened by some of the AFC's and weirdos you might come across, most will get better but use your own judgement some guys are just beyond help. I made lots of cool new friends on this forum and that was the bane of my success.

2) Eliminate Negative "Friends" From Your Life - Whilst on the subject of friends don't stay in a shitty social circle that undermines you. If you have guys that you don't like but hang around with for social status drop them and move on with your life. They will cockblock the hell out of you if you don't and it really fucks up your self esteem when guys are taking the piss out of you and treating you like an AFC.

3) Improve Your Body - Get yourself on a bodybuilding forum, if you're skinny bulk up and if you're fat lose the weight. You don't need to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger but now is the time to make changes. It will act as an overall magic pill to your game and will improve your confidence massively (if you can actually pull it off) but you really have to work at it hard and get your diet on track there is no shortcuts for that.

4) Quit Watching Porn - Stop jacking off all the time (sounds silly I know) but google "No Fap" and you'll see what I am talking about. I would say cutting down to once a week should be suffice enough.

5) Develop Interesting Hobbies - Preferably manly ones like Martial Arts, Boxing, Dirt Biking, Motorcycling etc. but also Travel at least once a year to somewhere relatively taboo and make sure you get pictures for your Facebook page. Nothing can beat an interesting lifestyle and you will build up a port folio of awesomeness.

I know you didn't want to hear these because they will challenge you massively but I promise if you want to progress quickly take them all on board. Book wise I recommend you next read, Double Your Dating by David D and The Blueprint by Real Social Dynamics. You already have enough information to begin approaching, I also highly recommend you Google "alpha male traits" and learn what it means to be an alpha male focusing on your mentality and posture.

Watch Todd Valentine's Manifesto on youtube. It'll give you a pretty good outline to know what you're doing before hitting the field.
