Hi guys, I am an spanish guy staying in Iceland for some time due to studies. I have always have had low self-esteem and being really really bad in general in socializing, not just with women. At other times, behind the computer I was somehow good, but those times passed and face to face I am useless.

I had known all of this existed from several years ago, but never got into it, I didn't find the need of. At the moment but, I noticed that my low self-confidence and self-esteem are affecting me too much in my daily life and some how arrived here again and felt it was the time of trying it out.

So, I'll put all my effort on it and try to change to better!
