Hi I'm poog, been my alias ever since I started using the internet. Which obviously says a lot about me. I grew up on video games and internet chat boards. Really secluded myself for a while with online video games, however began to run some game on online girls which. Began to expose my insecurities in order to get over them, since I was anonymous in a sense I never got hurt. Took that to the real world and realize I'm of higher value than I think.

Began a pursuit of a better life about 2 years ago after a serious, continuous anxiety episode. Finally woke up one day and said fuck it. Started lifting, striving to succeed and change myself in every aspect of my life and become the best me possible.

Been through many relationships, always started out good, but however ended up giving the girls too much attention and eventually becoming very insecure when it came to other guys. Was very alpha at the start of all my relationships which is probably what essentially attracted them to me because I never gave a fuck. But they made me gave a fuck so I gave a fuck. Just split up with an ex a few weeks ago, been soul searching for a while and finally realize what I've been doing wrong all these years... This forum and various books are really eye opening on how females are hard wired. Hope to soak in as much information as I can as well as share my own.
