Hi all!

I've dipped in and out of various books/forums on this topic before but am now feeling more motivated to be more active about this part of my life.

Im 22, live in the UK and have been fairly successful in my academic and career so far. However the key thing holding me back is the confidence I have in many areas of my life, and in particular, the confidence with speaking to or taking things further with women.

I've never had a girlfriend, and only recently 'snogged' 2 girls whilst drunk on holiday. What I'm looking for is to firstly improve my inner game, and then at the same time meet more girls and get a girlfriend - can anyone direct me to the best place to start?

answers are here but some are better than others - your best source of knowledge will be from going out and failing and learning haha as horrible as it my sound it is so deeply worth it! I am your age and i started when i was 16 and mannn has my life improvedd.
