Hey guys, whats up? First of all let me send a shout out to Brainz, thanks for the advise man,I appreciate it.
My biggest problem I have is, for some odd reason, anytime I'm doing something alone aka. shopping for clothes,going to work etc., I get really self conscious. This is'nt a problem when I'm with any friends or people I know, where I'm my charming self, but when I'm alone my body language gets akward an unconfident.Any Tips?

Its natural to feel more confident when around friends. This is why going out to do game with a wing makes life much easier. You are your worst critic and enemy. When you are alone you are occupying your thoughts with your body language, appareance, and other things. The key to this is to try and keep your mind busy. Talk on your phone, send people texts, or if you're like me bring your MP3 player. When I'm listening to my music I'm less concious because my mind has other stuff to do. Over time that will fade but I certainly understand the feelings that you have.
