I'm a newbie to this world. Without going into too much depth I broke up with an ex about 6 months back and a mate lent us Neil Strauss's book The Game.
I'm a pretty confident guy and don't have a bother about walking up to groups and opening sets. But I have a bit of an issue with keeping the set going in the right direction and getting a k-close or, if possible, f-close. I start strong but have a problem maintaining the interest. I quite often find myself shifting towards the friendship zone before too long. Any advice is welcome.
I am currently in Chester area and would be keen to get some fieldwork in. If others are I interested, let us know.

As for avoiding the friendzone and sparking attraction, you need to break rapport and go against the grain. Disagree with her, show her you don't need her. Don't overdo it, just pepper it in. Also make use of the breaking rapport tonality and physicality.
To kiss or pull her you're gonna have to isolate her. Girl's will feel uncomfortable if you try in front of her friends and likely reject you in order not to appear a slut. This is a general rule with exceptions though.
Also, if you're a noob check out Pimp by RSD Julien. That has 90% or so of everything you'll likely need.
Hope this helps
