how to add teamspeak 3 server groups

New to MPUA Forum

I am the server admin on my TS3 server but cannot add server groups keep getting "insufficient permission modify power" error. How can I get rid of this problem. The http://www.instantteamspeak.com/support ... groups.php helped somewhat but i could not get it completely. Can anyone help?
