Hey all,

Just came across this site recently so thought I'd do the whole introductory post. I'm 22 and live in Melbourne (Australia) and have realized my game is nowhere near the level I want it to be at. When I was younger I always seemed to do pretty well with women and didn't really have much of an issue talking to them but somehow over the years I seem to have adopted a fear of rejection. It all kind of hit home last night when I was too nervous to approach a cute girl at a party and instead just hung out all night with my friends who I'm comfortable with. Anyway I've decided it's time to change things up, I'm not getting into PUA just to get laid or anything, I just feel it's time to conquer this fear of rejection.

PS goals are:
- Improve my confidence (I want to be able to comfortably approach women at any time and in any situation)
- Learn to read body language
- Socialise more (meet more people, especially women haha)
- Workout consistently (Don't wanna be arnie but wouldn't mind be a lot fitter)
