Hello everyone, I am brand new to this entire forum and this is the very first post that I have ever made on this entire forum website. My question here pertains to this video on youtube that I recently saw by a PUA named Michael Valmont. In this video he talks about how many guys would get flaky numbers because it mainly has to do with how well your conversations with girls have been before you get a girl's phone number.

So, what I am trying to ask is how does he know for sure that flaky numbers in general more than likely result in how well the conversation went? I mean, what if some girls flake on you because they just changed their mind about you due to a number of factors that could be as equally probable as the chance that you didn't have a good enough conversation with her such as her being shyness, her friends talked her out of going with with you, and/or she pretended to be interested in you throughout the entire time that she talked to you because she just wanted the attention, etc.,?
