So I'm 20 years old. I work at an airport as an airplane mechanic. I'm not bad looking, and get dates sometimes, but for some reason, the girls almost always lose interest. Needless to say, this has made me somewhat insecure, especially when I find a girl that I'm into. I want THEM to be the ones wanting MY attention. Not the other way around. I hate to seem needy, but I guess that's what my problem is. Hopefully I can get the help I need here. I bought the book "The Game" a few months back but haven't really had the opportunity to utilize the material.

Are you sure it's you being needy? At what point do they lose interest in you? Do you generally get to the kiss then it dwindles or do you progress beyond there? Are you texting 24/7 and constantly trying to get them out?

I'm not entirely sure it's my being needy or showing too little/much interest or what, to be honest. I usually get to a date (if they initially do not accept, I try again at a better time (i.e. next weekend) then they just dwindle in interest and I give up altogether. We typically will text pretty regularly every day. Probably a bad idea in hindsight. I have good intentions with the girls I try to date (one night stands are good, but my ideal date leads to something a bit more personal). Sex isn't the ONLY thing I want.
