Hey guys, I am Ash and I am 20, I am trying to turn my life around now as I have been stuck in a massive rut for too long.
I have a ridiculous approach anxiety which I want to get rid of and just become more confident in myself, I just need a wing who can be there to push me to make the approach...once I get going I am alright but not great.

So if there is anyone in the East Midlands area that wants to team up drop me a line :)
