After some advice from a friend the other night and a realization of lack of any game but dumb luck I am taking it upon myself to learn.

It was only after that I managed to get a girls number the other night and totally ruin it via stupid questions and a failed "catch up some time" attempt that I realised how bad my situation is.

Was sort of hopeful that there would be some way to fix this but after reading a little I figure that I destroyed any chance

Nice to meet you. Give yourself some time and trial & error, you will figure it out. Not extremely hard if you can get over and do the tings that make you feel uncomfortable. You will pick it up quicker. Because most of this stuff will get rid of all your bad habits and that's the uncomfortable stuff. I'de try to get a little back knowledge look up mystery method pdf on google and read that. From there on use the website to get some more material maybe some canned stuff till you learn to do it on the fly. Just remember when you meet people the easiest thing for them to talk about is what they are good at and themselves. Take advantage of that...Best of luck
