Hi everyone! I'm 29, from Uruguay and just starting at this. I have almost no game.
I've always been somewhat anxious, introvert an insecure not only with women but socially.
I have been reading a lot about PUA but did not put anything to the test yet, I feel like I need to solve the social insecurity problem first. Need to get more comfortable and stand up for myself, start projecting more value in general social interactions.
I hope you can give me some direction into these areas and I can get over these so hardwired unhealty patterns and meet some new friends to sarge with!

start out by completing "rules of the game" by neil strauss.

its essentially teaching you game in 30 days and it covers normal social interaction in the first ten days.

it should help you out. the book referenced me to a wonderful NLP help tool thats an audio file. it hypnotises you into thinking you are the most important man alive, which helps in game a bit.( its certainly helped me) and it can be used to help achieve any particular goal.
