Hey guys

I've been following the newsletters for some time. Thought it would be good to get on here and participate. I look forward to meeting everyone. I find that I'm the type of guy who is good at giving advice, but has a difficult time following it myself, and I don't see a lot of my flaws so all the better reason to have a reality check. I appreciate bold and raw advice, as thats what sticks best with me.

I'm sure I'll have some questions soon. Take care my brothers.
