im 30, live in NYC. the first time Ive heard about pua in 2002 or 2003, back when i was living in russia (yes there is no shortage on 8-10s ) So I read some entry level and basic stuff online only (definitely it transformed me and changed me in a good way). So for the next few years I had some wins and loses while keep changing myself. In 2005 I came here and didnt have time for further improvement. Got stuck for a year.

Then "worse" I found russian chic here in NYC and entered into RS (shes 7, sexy and I was attracted to her. back then I thought looks didnt matter to me and on personality level we had a hell of a match). I have to say that It was fucking awesome ride for 4 years, the best Ive ever had so far up till I became cold to her and we broke up. from there it was downhill. I was sharing apartment with her for another 2 years!!!! I thought it could work for both of us as friends roommates.... I was naive selfish blind...fuck !!! call it stupid coz it really was stupid to make such a mistake! It just hurt her even more and it made me feel guilty more and more for doing it to her. I admit here i was an asshole to someone who had strong feelings, though she told me she didnt have anything and we are just friends. Woman dont tell you that, you have to read it and move out of her life. I didnt. Very bad.
I moved out a month ago. It feels fucking great!!!! Considering I forgot all my skills after a very long RS(couldnt approach chics at all) I began working on myself all over again 3-4 month ago. Approach, conversation, number isnt a problem for me. Now real hard core!! I havent closed any chic after broke up!! Yes, 3 years like a monk. Not an easy stuff to say.

I rent a room in an apartment. Owner is russian chic 7!!!!! sounds familiar:))) 35 but looks great. Flirtations, playful etc. There are sighs of attraction. Shes not dumb and she sees that too:) Its more of chess game.
My game : i want to close her considering my 3 year "brake" but I understand that I cant in order to stay in that room. And I fucking need that room!!! So I stay put. I have to cool her down back to business....money room, room money
Her game : she provokes me to make a move, she is more of easygoing, party chic who doesnt give a shit ...lets go their and their, lets have fun etc. She doesnt want to sign a contract for rent so she can ask me to leave within a month anytime.
Question......
Id like to do something to make her back off and the same time keep normal living environment. What that could be besides doing nothing?
