Title says it all. I have zero game, very little confidence. I have known about PUA for 6 years. Have good general knowledge, just do not know how to use it due to low self esteem. I have been to a few Matthew Hussey events, and had one private one-on-one sessions, which i did not benefit from, but nothing seems to stick.

Has any guys deteriorated in confidence as they got older, like myself, but was able to change their lives? If so, could you give me some ideas as to gaining some confidence and actually trying to go out there and try and talk to women?

I am not scared of rejection, just simply talking to women.
