Not to sure how to set this out, but guess ill just give yous what i believe to be relevant then go from there.
I'm 19 and currently living in Canada working a snow season in BC, being here since November i havn't hooked in with one chick yet. Before coming to Canada i worked a snow season back in Aus where in my time there i managed to fool around with 2 HB 8's and also lay a milf and a HB6 on the same day. Before that i lived on the Gold Coast for a year, in my time there living across the road from the beach and literally 500m away from the clubs at broad beach i didnt pick up one girl. I did manage to get a HB9 girlfriend who i met through my cousin, although our relationship only lasted just over 2 months then she broke up with me for what she explained was she didn't feel the same about me anymore.
Its literally always the same, the only time i get with a girl is if she has a real big physical attraction to me (Im not amazing looking, but i keep in shape and dress well which attracts women) but something i discovered in the past couple of years (which everyone here will know is) after seeing less attractive guys going out, or hooking up with HB's, i realized you also have to be able to hold interesting and exciting conversations with women, which i apparently cannot do, seeing as any physical relationship i ever have with women usually crumbles apart in no time at all and they move onto more interesting men who know how to satisfy them physically and mentally.
I've probably approached about 10 girls (which is pathetic, i know!) since being here and am currently in the process of trying to tune this girl from work. When i use the material i get from online or out of books the girls respond really well, I've even been using a bit of kino and negging, but after i run out of that material i go back to those boring questions, E.g where do u work? whats been happening? Stupid stuff like that which instantly makes women disinterested in me, thus resulting in never getting women. Also because of this i now have pretty bad approach anxiety, always finding an excuse not to approach women then hating on myself afterwards for being an AFC!
Im seriously so sick of being a wuss and rarely hooking in with babes
Anyone out there that can relate to this or has any advice e.g. routines, activities to help build my confidence and conquer my sticking points please HELP!

Hey Pie Man,
I know how to feel, buddy. I just recently finally started being able to control my approach anxiety. I think you should try the Newbie Challenge (I believe there is a thread somewhere on here that explains it) as it will help you build that social comfort.
As for not knowing how to carry on a conversation, that is something I struggle with as well. There have been times where I had the girl eating out of the palm of my hand during the opener but then I lost it because I couldn't effectively transition into a conversation. Something I'm starting to learn how to do is make games out of things. Instead of asking her where she works, make a statement about it. "Hey you seem like someone who really likes kids. I bet you work with them." Then she will either say that she does or that she does not. It doesn't matter if you're wrong, because chances are she will wonder what made you think that and she might ask you what makes her seem like that.
Another way to turn things into a game is when she asks you question. I was texting with this girl who I number-closed recently and she wanted to know what I was studying in college. I made her start guessing what it was and would give her slight hints. It just makes things more interesting to the girl that way.
Anyway, my biggest piece of advice is to listen to the advice you get from people in the community and the advice you get from the books, such as The Game. If you actually give it a chance, it works. You will fail sometimes, but it'll become exciting even to fail. I find it funny when I get rejected and I laugh it off. There's a reason they call me Smiley
