Hey guys please I need suggestions on what to do.

I'm Ahmad, 20. from Jordan. I moved to san diego 5 months ago. I still don't really know how it works here, even back there. The point is there's a girl who works at starbucks near my house, I like her, she's at least 9-10. I never really had a real conversation with her. usually it's less than a minute. I was hopping if you guys can help me. tell me what to do or to say, and how to ask her out?

P.S. sorry if what I wrote is a litte bit confusing, English is my second language.
