Hi

I'm 28 and a student at university in the north east of England, been out of a relationship for 4ish years and its been a few years of "dry" lol . I only got that girlfriend as she made the first move in college and it lasted 5-6 years

I've done the usual of reading some basic and am interested in PUA for confidence and social skills, at the minute I just can't seem to break the approach anxiety, and am constantly questioning myself.

Not really sure what else to put.
