Im Justin. I'm 28 years old. Ive been reading PUA materials for the last little bit and finally decided I'm going to do it right and join here to get some information, share stories etc.

My main focus in the coming weeks will be day game. Coming up to girls in malls, stores etc. The last couple days I went out to the mall and just could not work up enough courage to talk to a random woman and I found I kept disqualifying them in my head (she's not my type, she's too young, not attractive enough, not alone etc). I suppose just getting out there and making eye contact is a good start. I noticed a couple women give me really intense stares back yesterday (not sure if that was concious or not).

Heres what my plan is eventually:

-Stop her and say "You're cute. I want to talk to you".

-She stops

-I say "Let's get the cordial introductions out of the way. What's your name?"

-After she tells me her name, I tell her mine.

-Then I go into "Name one thing that you're so passionate about that you'd just do it for the rest of your life. Even if no one paid you to" (find out about her passion in life).

-Ask her questions related to this passion. Perhaps qualify her in this stage.

-Right at peak of her telling me, ask her if she wants to go grab a coffee and we'll continue there. If not I'll say when are you free? She'll tell me and I set an actual date.

- I tell her I'm going to do something different. I tell her to put my number in her phone in case she's late and get her to send me a call, which will show up on my phone as a missed call. After all "I dont answer from anyone if I dont recognize the number".

Is there anything I should change with this gameplan?
