Hey man, I want to let you know that it's not a big deal! I'm also asian and am not packin'! I just talk about it straight up because I'm not too worried about it. Although I haven't gone around picking up random girls consistently, I have had good successes with 9/10s (multiple orgasm, etc.) before my LTR in college. This is all without having to eat out or anything. As many guys will affirm here women + orgasm = so incredibly mental and about play.
