Welcome to the forum! I would start either by reading the book "The Game by Neil Strauss" "Venusian Arts Handbook" "David DeAngelo: Double Your Dating" or "Mystery Method: How to get beautiful women in bed" "Rules of the Game by Neil Strauss" are all excellent places to start out.

Most of these books are less than $25 and some are available for download. Once you have some basic knowledge of approaching I would get out in the field and try it out. What you learn in the field is better than you can learn in any book.

Welcome BitchIronMySHirt.

If you want to start with something free then I recommend The Player Guide: http://becomingapua.com/2007/02/13/player-guide-update/
