I stumbled upon this hardy band almost on accident when I was doing research in sales believe it or not. I had been studying NLT and NLP. From sales to attraction was an easy jump. looking back on my own conquest as a young single guy I was able to understand "Why" my little tricks worked and why some did not. I have read a great deal on the subject and put it into play for my own amusement with good results. To be fair I should tell you I'm 37, married and I have a good job. Now I can only take this so far as I wont cheat on my wife. Think of it like catch and release pickup. Spending a lifetime in sales I am outgoing and adaptive. That with the fact that I don't feel pressure to take the girl home I have no/very little approach anxiety. At worst I just get mad when I miss read a woman. Ill get more into me as time goes on but anyhow. I would offer this.

1. Knowledge is power. Arm yourself and never stop learning.( This shit isn't magic there is a reason it works)
2. Know who you are, find where you get uncomfortable and push that line back further.
3. Practice, practice , practice. Do so in private. Polish your art form then get out there and go for it.(100% of shots not taken are guaranteed to not score.) Repeat.
4. There are 6 billion people on this planet, none of them are above you in your own pursuits, remind them and yourself of that.
