Hi all.. A few short months ago I found out I was getting a divorce after 8 years of marriage and 13 years together. My life has changed tremendously over those 13 years and as much as I did not want the divorce, I'm actually in a good position to be single at 41 years old.

Thanks to this forum and the many contributors, I have already learned an immeasurable amount of things about myself. As much as I have played beta male in my younger years, I also have a strong alpha side. It was really a matter of someone shining a light on this stuff and that is where this forum has really 'shined' LOL. What I needed was the cold hard facts of the difference between the two modes of behaviour.

I'm not sure where I am going from here. At this point I am still beta enough to want a LTR again. I should know better! But for the short term my 'goal' is to meet as many as I can. Perhaps one will come along that I decide I'd like to LTR. In the mean time I have no plans to get a regular. I'm going to post a field report detailing the two pulls I've had in the two months I've been divorced. And yes I already screwed up by telling #1 I wanted to be exclusive (sexually) but I'm getting that worked out now.
